Adrem Group, one of the most important players in the field of energy services, launches Adrem Asset Management Ecosystem 360 for water and wastewater, an advanced software solution that allows monitoring, streamlining and intelligent and predictive management of infrastructure.
The platform centralizes, in a single digital ecosystem, asset information, intervention history, risk assessment, maintenance, water losses and investment planning, to provide operators with an integrated perspective to support operational and strategic decisions.
The launch of Adrem AME 360 for water and wastewater takes place at a time when this sector is facing, at local level, significant investment and modernization needs. According to the operators’ performance analysis report for 2025, published by the National Regulatory Authority for Community Public Utilities Services (ANRSC), the investment needs for the next 15 years are estimated at 30.4 billion euros, of which approximately 15.1 billion euros are needed for rehabilitation and refurbishment.
In this context, the challenge is not only to attract investments, but also to prioritize them based on the most complete picture of the infrastructure: where there are the greatest risks, where intervention is needed and how the available resources can be used as efficiently as possible.
“Through Adrem AME 360, we aim to help water and wastewater operators increase operational efficiency, better manage current expenses and direct capital towards investments with the greatest impact. From our point of view, the value of digitalization is seen precisely in decisions that bring concrete benefits, from timely interventions to modernizations that support the quality of services in the long term. Thus, we start from Arem’s experience in critical infrastructures and we want this solution developed in Romania to become a benchmark at regional level.”

From infrastructure data to smart decisions
Adrem AME 360 for water and wastewater allows the assessment of the condition and risk of assets, the establishment of the necessary interventions and the substantiation of investment plans according to the costs and impact on the operation of the infrastructure. Developed specifically for this sector, the solution covers the management of assets throughout the life cycle, analysis of the water balance and network losses, maintenance and planning of investments, as well as monitoring of performance indicators and reporting in accordance with ANRSC requirements. The platform can operate independently or integrate with systems already used by operators, such as SAP, SCADA, GIS, Workforce Management or Outage Management.
In developing the solution, Adrem started from a reality frequently encountered in infrastructure management: data exists, but its value increases when it is correlated and transformed into relevant information for the decision. By integrating and analyzing them, operators can identify risks and intervention needs early and move from a reactive approach to a preventive and predictive one.
Adrem AME 360 for water and wastewater also capitalizes on the company’s experience in digitizing critical infrastructures in the energy sector. The company has implemented Asset Management projects for two of the largest energy distribution operators in Romania, where data is managed for over 500,000 assets and sub-assets.
