1.1 MyAVIS WO:

Server Application – it conducts work order management and stock management and it allows receiving/ sending data from/to the application of the beneficiary.

Mobile Application (PDA) – it conducts reception of data from the Server application, operation of work orders and stock movements and resubmission of the modified data to the Server application.

1.2 MyVIEW:

MyVIEW – it conducts work order assignation, timetable optimization for the field teams, it features alarm and conditioning functionalities, and it allows access to data in the work orders and to reports.

1.3 BlackDevice:

Server Application – it conducts work order management and stock management and it allows receiving/ sending data from/to the application of the beneficiary.

Mobile Application (PDA) – it conducts reception of data from the Server application, operation of work orders and stock movements and resubmission of the modified data to the Server application.

As part of our work, we use the following systems:

2.1 DMAO monitoring system – it ensures daily assignment of analysis and reports, it determines the frequency of execution and of submission, the beneficiaries, and it indicated the status of the works.

2.2 KVADOS ticketing system, administered by the provider of the MyAVIS and MyVIEW applications, which ensures the submission, analysis and settlement of the requests generated by the DMAO system administrators.

2.3 RT ticketing system – which ensures submission, analysis and settlement of the requests generated by the users of the applications.
